All our meats are smoked in-house served fresh & tender, booming with savory smoked flavor. Have you tried a brisket burger? We ground our brisket here in house to make our brisket burger patty, chopped steak AND our meatloaf, just like Mom made it. Come to Sammy's to have a traditional home-cooked experience. All sides are prepared here, in house! Our back of house team readies your favorite sides daily with care and patience, allowing you to have a wonderful experience with all our yummy flavors. Don't worry! We have those big stuffed Spuds too! Get them before we sell out.

Join us every Tuesday night for Karaoke with Ronnie Ray! Not only will you hear some of the best singers in the Rowlett area, you can be one of those singers too! Tuesday nights are a night of finding the joy in music and the voices of others. Ronnie provides some great blues, rock n roll licks and kicks to spice the evening up! Karaoke is from 6-10pm! Our kitchen closes at 8:30 BUT our bar is open till 10.

From Contemporary Pop, Smooth Jazz, Blues and Classic Country, Sammy's has hosted locals and friends through the past years and we are wanting MORE!

We love our town of Rowlett and always wish to give back as much as they support us. Donation bins are found at the entry way of Sammy's for Hope & Hands, a charity here in Rowlett. We collect and drop off monthly with the help of our friends at the pantry.

June through the end of August, we collect gently use or new books to provide to the families of the Rowlett area. Partnered with Hope & Hands pantry in Rowlett. Please give us a call or come by the restaurant to ask any questions!
